    "An Act relating to the housing assistance loan fund in the Alaska                              
    Housing Finance Corporation; creating the housing assistance                                    
    loan program; repealing loans for teacher housing and providing                                 
    for loans for multi-family housing; making conforming

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
SB 274 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                      
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
